After lamination, materials undergo controlled curing in temperature-regulated chambers that allow adhesives to fully crosslink and stabilize. This ensures optimal bonding strength, chemical resistance, and food-contact safety before slitting or further processing.

We use high-precision slitting machines to cut laminated rolls into customer-specified widths with clean, consistent edges. Automated tension systems and laser alignment enable tight roll formation and reduce waste, ensuring smooth downstream conversion and filling.

Our pouch-making lines, including Totani high-speed machines, deliver reliable production of stand-up pouches, flat pouches, gusseted bags, and spouted formats. These machines ensure accurate sealing, stable pouch geometry, and reinforced structure, meeting the needs of industries from food to household chemicals.

We offer value-added features such as Easylock zippers, laser scoring, tear notches, spout insertion, euro holes, and window panels. These processes are completed on specialized finishing equipment to enhance convenience, functionality, and shelf appeal.

Quality assurance is enforced at every stage using inline vision inspection, seal-strength testing, thickness measurement, drop tests, retort simulation, and ink adhesion evaluation. Our QC team follows strict SOPs to ensure that each production batch meets international standards and customer specifications.

Finished goods are stored in a climate-controlled warehouse equipped with Daifuku Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems to ensure efficient inventory management, FIFO rotation, and protection from environmental stress during storage.

We coordinate global logistics using palletized, moisture-protected packaging and load optimization strategies to reduce transit risks. Our shipping department works with reliable freight partners to ensure timely, damage-free delivery to customers worldwide.
